This turned into a proper party and was easily our most fun evening in Cappadocia. After the hotel transfer we were seated in a buzzing cave hall on long tables with people from half a dozen countries. The dinner kept coming, the local drinks were genuinely bottomless, and the show was a riot, colourful regional folk dances, a graceful whirling segment, then a belly dancer who was both brilliant and very funny as she pulled guest after guest up to join in. By the end whole tables were on their feet dancing together and nobody wanted to leave. If you go in ready to join in rather than just watch, you will have an absolute blast.
